Rediscover Your True Passion After Divorce 3

Rediscover Your True Passion After Divorce 2

You know the Law of Attraction? Maybe you've heard the expression: "What do you think, you get the time" or "more than giving attention to something, the more attention you give." After going through a divorce, emotions can be likened to a roller coaster ride.

Use this time to be reconnected to the inner awareness of who you are. Learn to sit in silence until they figure out what emotions you feel. Understand that the feelings and sensations are okay, then learn to listen to what your mind and your body tells you.

Here's a great tip ... to recognize if your feelings are low or high energy consumption.

Some examples of low energy are stress, negativity, fear, anger, or feelings of deprivation (lack of time or money) and high energy is joy, abundance, happy, positive, of love or compassion. If you have feelings of low energy, how can you make a change to feel more of the high prices of energy?

First of all, recognize and accept the feelings you have. Be gentle with yourself! Your goal is to make the change, but realizes that may not be able to go from low to high instantly. Start your baby steps! Repeat step number one, and will present! Be grateful for what works in your life right now.

Do something simple, like Pat your pet, smell a flower or, if you're in the office, for a moment to think Prev fun time or experience you have had that could bring a smile. It starts to make sense of the change in your energy.

Now, this amp a lot of energy feeling, think of another moment of joy or passion for something in your life. Keep adding these thoughts to your high energy feeling and begin to feel great! People or situations around you have changed, or is it you who have really changed?

So who has the power to feel the joy? When you feel your energy, is the time of his next inspired action and enjoy the feeling of accomplishing something with ease and less effort!

7th Be true to yourself

During and even after a divorce, there are often full of doubt. We question what is right, what to do or how we feel. Should I or should not? It 'hard to make a decision.

Listen to your heart. What feels right? That does not feel quite right? If a situation does not feel right, honor your resistance by pausing or waiting. Sometimes waiting is the best thing to do. In the meantime, you may have made the situation to unfold more easily without having to worry! If a decision feels good or right, which often means you're in the right direction.

When we listen to our hearts, we are honest with themselves. When we are honest with ourselves, we learn to say more.

Has this ever happened to you? You are asked to be on a committee or volunteer for something and you say yes, though you know your schedule is going to make harder or do not really want or do?

How can you prevent this? The next time you're in this situation, and you're ready to say yes, but still, you will find in doubt, try this ... STOP! Take a deep breath or even take a step back (this action to prevent you from saying yes).

Break! Thank the person to think of you, but let them know that you should check your calendar and return to them. When you have time to think, concentrate on what you feel. Are you excited to volunteer or you feel some resistance? If, within a day or two, you still feel uncertain, they realize that the time could not be right for you. If you're still excited, join the committee and enjoy!

Divorce is not easy or fun, and you can make it through this period of your life by making you want to! Also, you meet and listen to your heart!

Your true purpose and passions are waiting to be rediscovered within you! Once you have discovered the "gold nugget" you already are, you will begin to live your life with more ease and enjoy the feeling of peace. "You are truly free!"
