Divorce Coping

This article will explain how my friend managed to go through a pretty messy divorce, and how he came through the experience of a much stronger person. I hope that her story will help other people who have or are going through a divorce.

My friend called Sue and she married a childhood sweetheart named John, when he was only 22. Sue explained that at that time, could not be happier, and it was very much in love. He hoped and imagined that they will pass the rest of their life together. Sue had met John when he was at school and had been dating the age of fifteen.

After the wedding, when they talked about starting a family, and before long they were parents of two boys. Sue felt that this was the icing on the cake and left work to raise her children.

Unfortunately, things would quickly go horribly wrong. John started coming home later and later work and Sue were at a loss of what was happening. John of course, he just does his job and he worked overtime to give his family a better life, especially since Sue was no longer working. In fact, John had an affair with a woman he had met at work.

After a few months, Sue has been informed of this and asked John why he had sought the attention of this woman. He said that Sue was the only woman who had slept with, and that he felt he had lost the dating experiences of others. Despite the fact that Sue was willing to forgive John, the relationship was soon to end, when he moved to his wife.

Sue was obviously very upset and could not believe what was happening. Before the divorce was under way long and Sue decided to put the family home on the market and returned to live with their parents, children, of course, went with her.

This was a very depressing time for Sue. One day, however, has walked through its local shopping precinct and saw a group of mentally handicapped children. Sue thought that the situation was only temporary and that going to be happy again, but that these children would more than likely be handicapped life. This, strangely, Sue has helped to gain power and positive thinking towards the future.

Sue is now married again and again is very happy, still hates her ex-husband, though. Sue has learned a lot from his experience of divorce and try to think very positively. He noted that a lot of people around the world much worse than he is
